【摘要】 目的 了解实习护士的心理状况，为制定临床带教对策提供依据。方法 对160名实习护士进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果 对专业有自卑感与失落感的实习生占63.23%，45.81%的护生对职业前景持怀疑态度，69.68%的学生对即将实习感到兴奋，而21.94%的学生在实习中感到无所适从，63.87%的学生认为前期理论学习对实习部分有用，40.00%的学生不能适应临床工作节奏，23.23%的学生自行调整无效，89.68%的学生认为与病人有交流的必要，但只有40.65%的学生与病人交流成功；10.97%的学生对现实生活的自我感到满意，而62.58%的学生感到不满意。结论 实习生在实习中存在着工作热情与工作能力的矛盾、生活习惯与新生活的矛盾、专业理想与现实的矛盾、交流需求与交流障碍的矛盾、主体我与客体我的矛盾。建议临床带教教师在临床带教中多与学生交流，针对个体采取相应的心理疏导，减轻其心理压力，使她们保质保量地完成实习任务，为走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the practicing nurses’mental state，for teachers’ establishing countermeasure in clinical teaching.Methods 160 practicing nurses were investigated in March 2005 through questionnaire.Results 63.23% practicing nurses feel inferiority and lose to their profession，45.81% students hold the doubtful attitude to their occupation foreground.69.68% students are excited with the soon practicing，but 21.94% students feel indecisive in practice.63.87% students think the prophase theories study is part useful to the practice.40.00% students can′t adapt to the clinical work rhythm and 23.23% students are defeated in adjusting by themselves.89.68% students think it is necessary to intercommunication with the patients，but only 40.65% student and patient′s intercommunication succeed.10.97% students feel satisfaction to actuality ego，but 62.58% students feel dissatisfied.Conclusion The trainee exists ambivalence in the work enthusiasm and the work ability；life habit and new life；profession ideal and actuality；exchanges need and exchanges obstacle；subject (I) and object (Me).The teachers should do their best to exchange with student in the clinical teaching，adopt the corresponding psychotherapy aiming at the individual，alleviate their psychological stress，make them complete the practice mission guaranteeing both quality and quantity，and the students can make solid base for their future work.

临床实习是护生向护士转变的过程。在此过程中，护生要完成生理需求、自我概念、角色功能等各方面的转变，而这些转变是在护生实习过程中矛盾的出现和解决中不断形成和完善的。护生年龄大多在17～21岁之间，可塑性强，在分析矛盾和解决矛盾方面明显存在不足，作为带教教师应针对不同时期、不同个体，采取相应的心理疏导方式。笔者于2005年3月对实习护生进行心理状况问卷调查，结果报告如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 调查对象 调查对象为武汉大学职业技术学院护理专业实习护士160名，均为女性，年龄17～21岁，平均19.2岁，中专17名，高职143名。
1.2 方法 采取整体抽样方法。利用学生实习集中返校时间发放调查问卷，集中填毕，即刻收回。调查内容主要包括个人资料、护理职业认知、实习情感体验与交流、生活与现实生活自我认知等方面。为了提高回收率，每个问题力求简单、明确、具体、易懂。共发出问卷160份，收回157份，剔除无效问卷2份，有效回收率96.88%。
1.3 统计学方法 调查结果输入计算机，采用SPSS 11.0软件建立数据库，进行统计分析。
