骨巨细胞瘤中MMP-2的表达及与微血管密度的相关性

   
    有研究表明肿瘤组织中MMP-2含量增加，新生血管也相应地增加［4，5］。CD105是近年发现的新生血管标志物。在本组38例骨巨细胞瘤中，MMP-2阳性组的MVD值高于MMP-2阴性组，差异有显著性（P<0.01）。Spearman相关分析提示MVD与MMP-2的表达呈正相关，提示MMP-2可能具有促进骨巨细胞瘤中新生血管形成的作用，它们介导的溶细胞外基质和溶骨作用为血管内皮细胞的分裂增殖、推进肿瘤边缘起到了引导作用。
